Customer Service Officer - Technology Logistics

- Rotating 4 days on 4 days off roster, 2 of those days the hours will be 6am to 6pm the other 2 days 6pm to 6am
- $68k + Super + $19k Shift Allowance
Due to internal promotion, we have an opportunity available. This is a fast-paced environment where two days aren't the same.
Located in Homebush, this is an excellent chance for a highly experienced Customer Service Officer with industry experience.
- Providing excellent customer service, answering urgent calls
- Processing urgent orders
- Maintaining data integrity, confidentiality and accuracy
- Focus on getting products out on the minute due to critical needs
- Tracking deliveries and updating systems
- Administration and reporting to update managers on the status of orders
- Liaising with Transport hub and international bookings.
- 1 years' experience within a fast-paced, customer service position, ideally in a Warehousing and distribution environment, or logistics environment
- Experience with Oracle/SAP or similar and Excel skills
- You will be committed, results-driven, approachable and above all, hold the customer's queries in the highest regard; ensuring the quality of service
