As we expand our services, we are seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our dedicated team.About the Role:The preference is that the Head of Community Supports will be based in Tamworth, however a negotiated alternate location is possible dependent on the needs of the successful candidate.The Head of Community Supports holds strategic and operational responsibility for leading Challenge’s community hub-based services, which are designed to support individuals with disabilities.This dynamic leadership role is focused on empowering participants to live meaningful and independent lives through a person-centred approach. The successful candidate will bring energy, innovation, and empathy to actively engage with people with disability, their families, communities, and our dedicated frontline teams.We are seeking a people-focused leader with a deep commitment to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained.This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact—driving operational excellence, strengthening frontline leadership, and elevating the quality and reach of service delivery across our hubs.Program Management: Develop and implement program strategies and initiatives to meet the needs and goals of individuals with disabilitiesStaff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise program staff, including program supervisors and other team members.
