We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Midwifery Educator to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing high-quality education and support to midwifery staff, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care to mothers and newborns. The successful applicant shall Identifies strategies to promote and embed a learning culture that supports positive patient outcomes and delivery of a patient centred service. Collaborates with the Unit Manager in development and management of orientation and performance development programs to meet the education and training needs of nursing / midwifery staff within maternity services. Collaborates with the Unit Manager to determine personal and professional competencies integral to care delivery in the local unit and required of nursing / midwifery staff. Under the direction of the Unit Manager oversees all individual staff performance appraisal and development activities within maternity services.
