Job Description
We're seeking a visionary leader to drive the growth of our Technology Services division in Australia and New Zealand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with key clients.
Key responsibilities include:
* Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on enterprise clients and strategic partnerships.
* Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, lasting relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and providing bespoke solutions tailored to their success.
* Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas within the AUNZ technology sector.
* Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and ensuring timely progression of deals to maximize growth opportunities.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical specialists, project managers, and creative teams to deliver exceptional client solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
* Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular, actionable reports on sales performance, market insights, and growth initiatives to inform strategic decision-making.
* Sales Performance: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and expansion.
* Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of technology service offerings and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
* Industry Representation: Represent at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish thought leadership and build strategic relationships.
Requirements & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development roles within technology vendors or technology services companies.
* A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the AUNZ region with a strong understanding of technology services.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
* A Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field (preferred).
* Experience with CRM systems and logging pipeline information within them.
* An existing network of contacts within the AUNZ technology sector is highly desirable.
