As the ICT Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business Stakeholders and ICT solutions. Gather and analyse requirements, identify opportunities and facilitate the delivery of effective solutions.
This role would best suit a Business Analyst with a background in Finance.
THE ROLE
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Facilitate workshops and interviews to understand specific information.
Conduct gap analysis to propose solutions.
Develop and maintain business cases, process maps, workflows and documentation.
Identify and communicate to all stakeholders on proposed changes.
Assess change impacts and support transition planning.
Assist in the development of test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
Contribute to the development of training materials
ABOUT YOU With an extensive Business Analyst background, alongside strong stakeholder engagement skills you will have;
Prior experience in a Business Analyst role in projects and systems implementations.
Ability to assess and support business change initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Capable of working under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as: requirement discovery, process modelling, and use case development.
Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
A strong understanding of Finance and Payroll operations
Experience of Implementation of ERP system into a 500+ employee company
Exposure to construction / engineering sectors
Prior experience with Oracle JD Edwards
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business or IT
Certification in Business Analysis (highly desirable)
