Mortgage sales specialist - business growth expert

The Mortgage Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new business, strengthening relationships with property developers, real estate agents, lawyers and valuers to meet monthly sales targets in compliance with bank policies, guidelines and regulations.


Key Responsibilities

* Source and Book New Mortgage Loans: Aggressively source and book new mortgage loans for the bank.
* Maintain Strong Relationships: Actively attend developer launches, road shows, property exhibitions to develop and maintain strong relationships with property developers, real estate agents, lawyers and valuers.
* Cross Selling: Cross sell other banking products when required.


Job Requirements

* Minimum Qualification: Minimum SPM holder.
* Possess Own Transport: Possess own transport.


Experience

* Fresh Graduates Welcome: Fresh graduates are invited to apply.
* Property Related Sales Experience: Property related sales experience is an added advantage for this role.
