Nursery Assistant Job Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Nursery Assistant in our production nursery located in Manjimup, WA.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about horticulture and wants to develop their skills in a dynamic work environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily nursery operations, including sowing seedlings, irrigation system maintenance, fertiliser and chemical application, and ensuring product quality meets contracted specifications through QA/QC procedures.
Responsibilities also include supervising daily tasks for seasonal casual employees and contributing to the overall success of the nursery team.
* Sowing and transplanting seedlings

Requirements for this position include a current Australian Driver's License, relevant experience in horticulture or a related field, strong communication and problem-solving skills, computer literacy, and an understanding of quality control principles.
