What's the role on offer?
Based at our Head Office near Brisbane Airport, this Material Planning Manager will report to the Head of Procurement and Part Sales, overseeing material planning, fulfilment, and part sales to ensure the timely supply of critical aircraft components across the organisation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing and guiding the Material Planning team to support all Line, Base, and Workshop maintenance activities.
Leading end-to-end material planning and fulfilment processes to ensure timely availability of repairable and consumable parts.
Driving improvements in forecasting, reporting, and planning tools to enhance decision-making and visibility.
Overseeing customer part sales requests, quoting, dispatch and commercial administration.
Strengthening supplier relationships with OEMs, distributors, and service providers to enhance performance and efficiency.
Leading continuous improvement, policy updates, and staff development across the planning function.

Who we are looking for
Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
Strong material planning experience, ideally in aviation, manufacturing, or MRO settings.
Proven leadership and staff management capability, with a focus on performance and development.
Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and drive improved visibility.
Excellent stakeholder and supplier relationship management experience.
A continuous improvement mindset and confidence managing change, systems, and processes.
