As an Event Services Assistant Floor Manager, you will bring extraordinary events to life within our world‐class events centre. You will be the driving force behind the flawless execution of events, ensuring every aspect is meticulously delivered to perfection.
This is a 12‐month max‐term contract opportunity.
Responsibilities
* Manage the smooth operation of events, from set‐up to execution, ensuring flawless coordination and timely delivery.
* Lead a dedicated events team, fostering a collaborative and guest‐centric environment.
* Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and exceeding expectations.
* Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership experience, preferably within an events or conferencing environment.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to problem‐solve and the capacity to remain cool under pressure.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational demands.
* Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment.
