**How will I help?**
As the PMO Manager, you will be part of Group Operations - Digital Ops, a high impact and visible team that works closely with technology and business leaders across the organisation **.**
To help us achieve our vision, we're seeking an experienced, talented and committed PMO Manager to provide oversight, governance, reporting, support, and financial management of the Digital Operations Portfolio. If you have extensive PMO experience in large portfolios or looking to take the next exciting step in your career, this is the role for you

**What do I need?**
- Strong experience in PMO management for portfolios or programs in excess of $20m+
- Experience in the Financial Services industry
- Excellent communication and consultative skills to articulate the way forward when faced with ambiguity
- Strong proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in program finances, resource management and vendor contracts/invoicing
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge the status quo, albeit with respect and savvy organisational consideration
- Ability to work independently with change and can pivot to work on multiple initiatives at one time
- Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills to translate raw data into information and actionable insights
- Experience with program reporting in tools such as Clarity and WASP, RAID would be highly regarded
