About the Role
Clark Tanks is looking for an experienced Planning Co-ordinator to join our Dalby team. You will be responsible to plan and co-ordinate the efficient production of polyethylene water tank, industrial tanks, and agricultural products across our Dalby, Bathurst and Moama sites. Your focus will be on safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement while building a high-performance team culture.
What You'll Do
* Be a key component in daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met.
* Maintain accurate inventory control, ensuring optimal stock levels to support daily production and delivery schedules.
* Develop and manage staff rosters to meet production demands, including planning for peak periods and leave coverage.
* Drive efficiency by monitoring output, consumables, and workflow to achieve operational goals.
* Ensure compliance with WH&S, QMS, and product compliance requirements.
* Oversee quality control, review issues, and implement corrective actions.
* Support the Group General Manager with daily operations, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in manufacturing, production, or operations leadership.
* Strong understanding of inventory control and stock management practices.
* Confident in building and managing staff rosters, with the ability to plan ahead for peak periods and leave coverage.
* Demonstrated ability to improve efficiency across workflows, output, and consumable use.
* Sound knowledge of WH&S, QMS, and product compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to support senior management across daily operations and continuous improvement.
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
