**About the Opportunity**
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive who is wanting to take the next step in their career into Client and Program Management.
Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, this role is responsible for maintaining client relationships and field operations whilst focusing on growth of these key accounts.
Working across grocery, pet and consumer electronic products channels, the role offers variety and flexibility to work from home.
This is an amazing opportunity that will provide development and future career progression in the client service management space, working in larger programs.

**About You**
We are looking for someone who knows how to communicate and engage with people at any level. Someone who is eager to take on a challenge and who is hungry to learn.
You will already have proven experience as an Account/Client Service Executive or as a Field Team Leader looking to step up into a National role.
**Key Responsibilities**
Client Service Management
- Developing and maintaining client relationships through proven stakeholder management skills
- Taking ownership and accountability for driving strategic direction of the client's programs
- Proactively seeking opportunities to provide proactive plans and innovation
Team Leadership
- Managing a National Field Team of up to 15 casual field reps
- Identifying development and training strategies to drive field team performance
- Establish team performance plans utilising individual strengths to accomplish team goals
Program Management
- Scoping program requirements including timeframes and key stakeholder inputs
- Clear communication to all stakeholders both internal and external
- Coaching and guide the field team to build
