The Role
* Managing a small portfolio of 100 properties
* Routine inspections and reporting
* Entry and exit inspections
* Organising maintenance
* Liaising with owners and tenants
* Lease renewals and rent increases
* Arrears management
* QCAT applications and attendance where required
* NO BDM or trust accounting duties
* Attend industry events and award nights
* Modern systems and procedures
* Hands‐on, supportive Management
* Vibrant and collaborative team culture
* Industry events and awards
* Up to $85k + super + take home company car
