About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with a background in Criminal and Family Law to take charge of their own caseload. You will represent clients in court, provide strategic legal advice, and work closely with a supportive team dedicated to delivering top-tier legal services.
What You’ll Do:
Manage a diverse caseload in Criminal and Family Law, including matters related to divorce, child custody, property settlements, and criminal defence
Appear confidently in court, including procedural and contested hearings
Communicate effectively with clients, counsel, and other legal professionals
Maintain a high standard of professionalism, ethics, and integrity
Work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years’ post-admission experience (PAE) in Criminal and Family Law
Strong advocacy and litigation skills with court experience
Exceptional communication and client service abilities
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
A current driver’s licence
