4x4 BUILD SPECIALIST

We help customers create touring, towing, camping and adventure vehicles that are built for the way they live.
Our customers come to us because they're planning a trip around Australia, upgrading a tow vehicle, building a capable touring rig or preparing for their next adventure. They need someone who can listen, understand their goals and recommend the right solution.
We're looking for a motivated 4x4 Build Specialist to join our growing team in Busselton.
About the Role
As a 4x4 Build Specialist, you'll work directly with customers to understand their vision and help turn it into reality.
You'll create build plans, prepare quotations, follow up opportunities and work closely with our workshop team to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Meeting with customers in-store and over the phone
* Understanding customer goals and vehicle requirements
* Designing complete vehicle build plans
* Preparing quotations and recommendations
* Following up opportunities and outstanding quotes
* Building long-term customer relationships
* Working closely with our workshop team
* Assisting with trade and fleet enquiries
* Helping customers make confident decisions about their vehicle
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for attitude and character first.
You may currently work in automotive, retail, customer service, caravan sales, parts interpreting, machinery sales or another customer-focused industry.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong communication skills
* A genuine interest in 4x4s, camping or touring
* Confidence talking with customers
* Good organisation and time management
* A willingness to learn
* Attention to detail
* A positive, team-first attitude
Previous sales experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Salary
$70,000 - $90,000 + Super + Performance Bonuses
Salary negotiable based on experience and capability.
