Job Title: Executive Chef Position
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at a premier dining venue in Patterson Lakes. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of menu items, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
* A Food Handlers Certificate
* Experience working in a fast-paced pub/bistro environment
* An understanding of fundamental cooking methods and recipe execution
* The ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
