What you'll be doing
Promote open and regular communication with the Customer Relations Officers Team.
Answer inbound telephone sales and general enquiries.
Translate and data entry of sales quotes and orders for existing customers.
Manage and process COD customer payments.
Use a collaborative approach to resolve customer issues and complaints.
Action orders in the sales inbox.
To be successful you'll need some or all of the following
Confident in handling and answering phone calls
Good problem-solving skills
Knowledge of hose and fittings is desirable but not necessary.
Information and communication technology (ICT) literate
