**About the role**:
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join a People & Culture team. Based in Sydney or Adelaide and reporting directly to the EGM People & Culture, this pivotal role offers the chance to spearhead the recruitment process across their Clinics & Support Office. You will ensure they secure top-tier talent by developing efficient and effective recruitment strategies, with a focus on our clinics and support staff roles.
**Key responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Sourcing**: Harness diverse sourcing channels including LinkedIn, industry forums, and proactive network building to develop robust talent pools.
- **Recruitment Execution**: Manage the recruitment cycle from drafting job descriptions to making offers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- **Strategic Talent Attraction**: Lead initiatives to forge strong talent pipelines through career events, digital platforms, and local partnerships.
- **Employer Branding**: Champion our employer brand by staying ahead of market trends and enhancing our Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- **Leadership & Advice**: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, enhancing recruitment practices through innovative strategies and data-driven insights.
- **Project Support**: Contribute to Talent and TA projects, optimizing our recruitment infrastructure and strategic talent planning.
- **Compliance & Integrity**: Uphold our corporate standards and statutory requirements, ensuring ethical practices in all recruitment activities.
**About you**:
- **Experience**: At least 4 years in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a similar industry (Health/Beauty)
- **_Decent exposure with high-volume recruitment_**:
- **Skills**: You are strategic, with a knack for thinking outside the box. Your strong stakeholder management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office set you apart.
- **Attributes**: You possess excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- **Qualifications**: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
