* Drive revenue growth and consistently exceed monthly sales targets across the territory
* Lead and develop a team of talented Sales Managers while building strong external relationships
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative, integrated advertising solutions
* Identify and convert new business opportunities to grow our footprint
* Retain and grow revenue across existing clients through proactive pipeline management
* Lead major pitches and negotiations, including escalation management
You'll be at the helm of our sales strategy, working with an incredible team of professionals to not just meet targets, but smash them.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in digital media sales with at least 7+ years leadership experience.
* Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive commercial results
* Strong existing relationships across VIC media agencies
* Pitch, negotiation, and communication skills
* Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive innovation
