GJK Facility Services is seeking a skilled and reliable Cleaning Attendant to join our team based in Burnie, TAS on a casual basis.
Overview
We are a leading provider of facility services with a focus on safety, long-standing customer relationships and over 40 years of experience. Our core service offerings include cleaning, grounds, restoration, maintenance and facility support services across education, government, health, commercial, transport and industrial sectors.
Responsibilities
* Cleaning of all building facilities
* Utilising machinery to clean floor surfaces as required
* Vacuuming, mopping, amenity cleans, offices, labs, communal areas and more
* Other cleaning duties as directed
* Stocking of supplies and ordering as necessary
* Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers
* Self-motivation, integrity and the ability to work autonomously
* Adherence to all HSEQ Policies & Procedures
* Professional presentation and customer service
* Own and maintain a smart phone (to access work apps)
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience in cleaning operations; commercial or industrial (desirable but not essential)
* Full training will be provided
* Current Police Clearance no older than 6 months or willingness to obtain
* Safety-focused attitude with the ability to work autonomously
