Training Expert Role
The Training Expert plays a crucial role in supporting major transformation programs by delivering high-quality training that drives real adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver strong, outcome-driven training using adult learning principles and solid instructional design.
* Create comprehensive training materials including workshops, e-learning, reference guides, and job aids.
* Support the development of change management plans, readiness assessments, and the embedment of new processes.
* Apply human-centred design and gamification techniques to enhance engagement and learning impact.
* Analyse training effectiveness and refine content based on feedback and outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have proven capability in end-to-end training design and delivery, a deep understanding of adult learning, training methodologies, and e-learning tools, as well as experience supporting change initiatives and driving process adoption.
