About Tombo Den
– a moody, two-level homage to late-night Tokyo, set in the buzzing and eclectic heart of Chapel Street, Windsor. Helmed by Head Chef Dan Chan, the restaurant and sake bar offers small plates, a sushi counter and hearty coals-cooked hero produce.
About the Opportunity
– We are looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartender who is proficient in cocktail shaking, spirits, and thrives in a vibrant and bustling environment.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have
Demonstrated experience as a Bartender in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Must have cocktail and spirit knowledge
Wine knowledge advantageous
Drive for beverage service
Passion for delivering outstanding service
Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
Outgoing personality
Excellent attention to detail
Exceptional presentation
Must be able and willing to work weekends, public holidays and late nights
Must have RSA certificate
Requirements
Available and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
Victorian RSA Certificate
