Revenue Collector
We are seeking a skilled Revenue Collector to provide comprehensive debt collection services on a permanent full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client payments according to agreed payment terms and conditions.
* Monitor payment deadlines and overdue payment status for clients.
* Effectively respond to client queries regarding their accounts.
* Process credits, adjustments, transfers, write offs and refunds as necessary.
* Prepare regular financial reports.

* Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail.
* Working knowledge of accounts processes to offer sound advice to others.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High level time management and organisational skills to effectively plan, prioritise and complete work tasks.
