About the Role
As a Commercial Onboarding Specialists, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end case management for onboarding Commercial and Private Banking customers with Australia Division / Commercial and PCM / Institutional products.

**Role Location**: Level 43, 55 Collins Street, Melbourne
**Schedule**: Full time, 40hrs/week
What will your day look like?
As a Commercial Onboarding Specialists, you are accountable for:
Working closely with Transaction Banking Sales Commercial and Private Bank frontline to seamlessly enable great experiences for new to bank and existing customers
Responsible for onboarding of all Australia Division / Commercial products, and PCM / Institutional products
Coordinating with offshore teams to ensure deals meet SLAs and with a particular focus on accuracy
Provide product training to customers to ensure they are engaged and transacting with their new products effectively
Helping to drive profitable, sustainable growth of Australia Division / Commercial products, and PCM / Institutional products within Commercial and Private Bank
Provide a high level of responsiveness to customer requests by satisfying enquiries accurately the first time around
Identify and effectively communicate opportunities to enhance customer efficiency
Increase quality of customer engagement and Transaction Banking brand in market
Contributing to the origination of new customers / new Australia Division / Commercial products, and PCM / Institutional products in Commercial and Private Bank on behalf of internal stakeholders
Protect the Bank by adhering to the highest risk management standards, including all personal role and organisational compliance obligations met and maintained.
