Offer description

We're looking for a collaborative, highly organised Client Manager who wants their work to have real-world impact.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident managing projects, people, timelines, budgets and client relationships - someone who can bring structure, clarity and momentum to busy, integrated work.

As Client Manager, you'll support and lead client accounts across a range of disciplines, with a focus on inclusive campaigns and diverse audiences. You'll be a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, helping ensure work is delivered on time, on brief, within scope and to a high standard.

Strong project management skills are essential. You'll need to be comfortable coordinating moving parts, tracking priorities, managing details, flagging risks early and keeping people aligned.

About the role

As Client Manager, you'll be responsible for the day‐to‐day coordination and delivery of client projects across disciplines including creative, PR, technology and strategy.

You'll help turn agreed strategy into well‐managed delivery, ensuring project milestones are met, internal teams are clear on responsibilities, and clients feel informed, supported and confident throughout the process.

With supportive mentorship from senior leaders, you'll continue to build your client management craft while strengthening your project management, communication and collaboration skills across the agency.

In this role, you will:

* Manage the day‐to‐day delivery of client projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables stay on track
* Coordinate campaigns, communications and technology programs against the agreed strategy and scope
* Maintain clear and regular client communication around progress, responsibilities, approvals and upcoming deadlines
* Keep internal teams aligned by clarifying priorities, actions, dependencies and next steps
* Identify project risks early, including timing, budget, scope or resourcing issues, and work with the team to resolve them
* Work across a portfolio of clients and projects to deliver effective, creative and inclusive campaigns
* Understand client business contexts, objectives and KPIs to support strong delivery and evaluation
* Help identify opportunities to strengthen and grow existing client relationships
* Work quickly and constructively to solve problems across client relationships and project delivery
* Champion the agreed strategy throughout the life of a project, ensuring work remains purposeful and aligned
* Ensure all work reflects Think HQ's commitment to representing "Today's Australia", with an understanding of diverse communities and inclusive communication practices

About you

This role needs someone who can bring calm, structure and momentum to complex work. You don't need to tick every box, but strong organisation, communication and collaboration will be important.

Ideally, you'll bring:

* 3+ years' experience in account management, project management or client service, ideally within an integrated agency environment
* Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, priorities, workflows and competing deadlines
* Proven experience coordinating integrated campaigns or projects across multiple disciplines, such as creative, digital, PR, technology, events or strategy
* Confidence managing client relationships and keeping stakeholders informed, aligned and supported
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
* A positive, solutions‐focused mindset and the ability to think critically, problem‐solve and keep work moving
* Strong time management and prioritisation skills, especially across multiple projects at once
* The ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build trusted working relationships
* Knowledge of production processes, desirable
* Experience working with government clients, an advantage but not essential
