The team at Hive have over 15 years' experience working in the face to face sales & marketing sector in Australia. We have been operating for 3 years in Australia across multiple states, now it's time to grow further into the Victorian market.
We only partner with brands who have great products to sell and we pride ourselves on looking after our people across the states we operate in. At Hive we feel that it's imperative that the customer gets a full understanding of our client's products, we therefore deliver a personal solution that can benefit the individual with their everyday shopping habits. At Hive we have many different marketing campaigns to promote our clients' products, these include - events, door to door, shopping centre kiosk's and more.
We are looking to add someone to our growing sales leadership team. Your key role will be to launch, manage, develop and oversee strategy for a shopping centre kiosk campaign for a market leader in the meal-kit space. Direct face to face selling experience is therefore a must for this role.
**Key responsibilities;**
- Managing the Victoria Kiosk shopping centre campaign scaling up to the potential of 10 site locations per week with 30+ sales representatives.
- Launch the new campaign by writing sales yourself & coaching new agents, with assistance of other offices. Recent face to face selling experience required, you will have full support in launching from our other offices.
- Organise recruitment of teams and assist with product & on field training to launch.
- Liaise with Managing Director and other areas of business to find efficiencies within the business.
- Complete reporting as directed by the MD.
- Ensure the running of a compliant sales team, following ACCC & ACL regulations.
- Protect the organisation's brand & values and operate your sales team in line with the company's policies & procedures.
- Meet sales targets and KPIs for our clients.
- Be involved in organising event marketing campaigns for your teams to sell at in Victoria and neighbouring regions.
- Complete other tasks as directed.
**Key Criteria;**
- Face-to-Face direct sales experience, either door-to-door or shopping centre kiosk's (compulsory)
- Demonstrated sales leadership skills.
- Must be great with customers by using strong interpersonal, sales and training skills.
- People management skills - strong verbal and written communication skills with both customers and sales teams.
- Extensive knowledge in the Australian sales industry.
- The ability to demonstrate good attention to detail.
- A passion for food
