Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating activities that cater to the individual needs and preferences of residents. This may include documentations of new residents' social profiles and participation in the development of social care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement activity programs tailored to meet residents' physical, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
* Maintain resources and materials for activities.
* Prepare communication materials for residents and other stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
We require:
* Certificate III or IV qualification in aged care or a related field.
* A current National Police Certificate.
Prior experience and qualifications will be considered advantageous.
