Warehouse Operations Manager
The role of Warehouse Operations Manager involves overseeing the efficient management of warehouse operations, ensuring seamless container deposit processing and recycling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of warehouse assistants, fostering a positive work environment and promoting excellent customer service.
* Lead by example, ensuring compliance with Work Health & Safety procedures and standard work processes.
* Assign, plan, and delegate workflow activities to optimize container deposit processing efficiency.
* Coordinate repairs, cleaning, and maintenance of warehouse equipment to maintain operational effectiveness.
* Develop and maintain reporting metrics, analyzing data to assess performance and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
* Relevant warehousing management experience, with a proven track record in conflict resolution and building positive work environments.
* Demonstrated skills in inspiring team members to provide excellent customer service.
* Current NSW Driver Licence and Forklift Licence required for this position.
