Overview
We are looking for a nurse to join our team of five GPs in a family run mixed billing community general practice in Caulfield North.
Modern treatment room and nurses room facilities. On site pathology, pharmacy, visiting podiatrist, physiotherapist, practice manager as well as a senior nurse manager to guide and assist new staff.
About the role
The practice nurse is an integral member of the team, and is responsible for:
* Results and recall management
* Equipment and supply maintenance
* Patient health assessments and management plans
* Practice accreditation procedures and processes
* Assisting administrative staff with patient billing and managing appointments

Skills and experience
* Demonstrated knowledge of chronic disease management
* High level of English language proficiency
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team with little supervision
* Previous use of Best Practice clinical software preferable
