We're currently partnering with a high‐growth digital banking business undergoing a significant evolution of its everyday banking and payments offering.
The role
This is a senior product leadership position with end‐to‐end accountability across a suite of transaction banking and payments products. You'll be responsible for setting the product vision, strategy and roadmap, owning commercial outcomes, and leading a team of product managers to deliver against it.
The remit spans three key areas:
* Strategy & vision – defining the future direction of the product portfolio, informed by market trends, customer needs and competitive positioning.
* Commercial ownership – driving performance across key metrics including growth, revenue and customer outcomes.
* Leadership & influence – working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to align priorities and execute at pace.
What we're looking for
* Strong experience across transactional banking, payments or everyday banking products.
* A background in product management with end‐to‐end ownership (strategy through to delivery and outcomes).
* Demonstrated ability to think beyond individual products and operate at a portfolio level.
* Exposure to commercial accountability (growth, P&L, performance metrics).
* Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex environments.
* Experience leading or mentoring product managers (or readiness to step into this).
Especially suitable for someone who is already operating at a senior level or a high‐performing Lead / Senior Product Manager ready to step up.
