A leading regional university in Queensland is seeking an Incident and Reactive Support Lead to manage IT incidents effectively across multiple campuses.
You will ensure timely resolution of IT issues while leading a proactive approach to service delivery.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background and experience in IT Service Management, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
This is a full-time continuing appointment based in Toowoomba, Springfield, or Ipswich.
