Key responsibilities include delivering large-scale process improvements using advanced capabilities such as Lean Six Sigma and automation. You will partner with senior leaders to remove friction and ensure seamless experiences for our customers. Additionally, you will drive high-value initiatives, tracking success through NPS customer-focused measures, efficiency gains, and cost savings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will require extensive experience in transformation, process design, and customer experience leadership. A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or Master Black Belt) with a track record in automation is essential. You must also have Australian Citizenship and the ability to attain AGSVA baseline clearance, NV1. Previous baseline clearance is advantageous.

Additionally, you should be a proven leader who influences at the highest levels and thrives in complex, matrix environments. Strong commercial acumen, balancing business performance with customer-first outcomes, is also required.
