What You'll Do
* Lead and develop a team of three, fostering growth and collaboration.
* Own end‐to‐end accounting for:
o Employee Share‐Based Payments (SBP)
o Quarterly commission calculations and reporting.
o Payroll Accounting: month‐end entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
* Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to simplify workflows.
* Play a key role in our Group ERP transformation project – test, streamline, and shape future‐state finance.
* Collaborate with Finance, People Operations, Payroll, and Sales teams.
* Deliver accurate, timely reports for leadership, auditors, and stakeholders.
Who We're Looking For
* CPA or CA qualified, with strong accounting foundations.
* Experience in remuneration and benefits accounting, ideally including SBP, payroll, or commissions.
* Proven leadership experience – you thrive on growing and mentoring others.
* Exceptional attention to detail and structured thinking.
* Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and handling sensitive data.
* A proactive mindset – you see gaps and take action.
