The Role
As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will have autonomy and trust to lead learning in the kindergarten room and shape high‐quality educational programs that support each child's development.
You will:
* Design and deliver engaging, play‐based programs aligned to the EYLF
* Create inclusive, stimulating learning environments responsive to children's interests
* Observe, document, and reflect on children's learning and development
* Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the community
* Contribute to community connections, including excursions and local initiatives
* Work collaboratively within a supportive and passionate team
About You
You are a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Teacher who brings warmth, professionalism, and confidence to your practice.
You will bring:
* A genuine passion for early learning and kindergarten teaching
* Confidence leading curriculum and pedagogy within your room
* Strong communication skills and a relationship‐focused approach
* A commitment to reflective practice and continuous improvement
You will also hold:
* ACECQA‐approved Bachelor, Master's, or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education
* Previous experience working as an ECT in a Kindergarten setting
* Current Working with Children Check
* Knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
* Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
