Aon is looking for candidates who have a passion for client service and an interest in developing their insurance career.

This role works with the local client service team that supports Specialties Surety Solutions clients.

In this role you will be providing support to a team of Client Executives and Client Managers with varied portfolios.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and from our Aon office.

What The Day Will Look Like

Your day will be busy with a focus on client servicing which will be the key to your success!

Responsibilities

* Work in a collaborative team environment to provide high‐quality administrative support to our Surety Solutions team (new bonds and bond extensions).
* Monitor and manage a shared group email inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses and filing of correspondence.
* Support the delivery of client invoicing with strong attention to detail and adherence to agreed timelines.
* Manage the completion and filing of checklists and templates for each bond placement to ensure compliance requirements are met.
* Communicate with clients via email (as required) to confirm details, provide updates, and support their needs.
* Maintain accurate records and filing (electronic and/or physical) for all bond documentation and client correspondence.
* Build and maintain effective working relationships with Senior Brokers, Client Executives and Client Managers.
* Provide day‐to‐day guidance and on‐the‐job training to Service Specialists where required.
* Contribute to process improvements and help identify opportunities to streamline administrative tasks.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about a career in insurance and have strong administration and customer service skills.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Relate To The Following

* Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or support role within financial services, insurance or a similar professional services environment.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
* High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with documentation, correspondence and invoicing.
* Confident written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and professional emails to clients and stakeholders.
* Proven ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders at different levels.
* Comfortable working with Excel (e.g. tracking spreadsheets, updating logs, basic formulas and filters) and learning new systems and tools.
* Proactive and solution‐focused mindset, with a willingness to ask questions, learn and continuously improve.
* Commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience in every interaction.
* Experience within surety or commercial insurance is advantageous but not essential; training and support will be provided.
* Relevant insurance qualifications (e.g. Tier 1 or equivalent) are desirable but not mandatory.
