Job Title: Talent Development Manager
About the Role:
This position plays a pivotal role in supporting the Head of People & Culture, ensuring seamless collaboration and representation across forums and approvals. Key responsibilities include coordinating core processes such as performance reviews, talent calibration, and organisational planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive compliance and governance activities, including policy reviews and regulatory obligations.
* Prepare and coordinate Vista Enterprise Agreement renewal and related employee engagement activities.
* Coordinate employee lifecycle initiatives, encompassing onboarding, offboarding, and case management.
* Provide subject matter expertise on employment law, risk mitigation, and workplace culture.
* Guide HR Advisors to develop their professional capability and decision-making confidence.
* Lead projects across key areas such as engagement, workforce planning, learning, and change.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in Human Resources roles, boasting a strong operational background and profound knowledge of Australian employment law.
