We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Stock Receival, Dispatch & QA Officer to join our team in Dooen, VIC.
This role is responsible for operations at the weighbridge and is vital in ensuring the accurate receival, recording, inspection and dispatch of product while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Stock Receival Dispatch & QA Officer is responsible for managing weighbridge operations, recording all incoming and outgoing stock, and conducting quality assurance checks to ensure customer specifications are consistently met. You will play a key role in stock control, documentation accuracy and supporting smooth logistics flow across the site.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Hay & Straw Products
* Allocate weighbridge tickets and verify moisture levels before authorising unloading
* Inspect ARGT tags and direct drivers to appropriate unloading bays
* Record all stock movements in the inventory management system
* Perform inventory adjustments and maintain accurate records of shed data
* Conduct daily stock control and enter new season delivery dockets
Stock Control
* Perform daily stock counts and ensure accurate data entry
* Prepare and manage reject bale reports
* Track all stock and inventory transfers
* Manage production waste, overruns, and reject packs effectively
Quality Assurance
* Adhere to company quality policies and procedures
* Collect and record samples to meet compliance requirements
* Ensure finished goods meet customer job order specifications, escalating issues to the Export Manager where necessary
Safety
* Promote and maintain a strong safety culture
* Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company safety systems
* Direct transport drivers to follow site procedures
* Participate in workplace inspections
ABOUT YOU
We're seeking someone who brings:
* Previous experience in stock receival, dispatch, QA or logistics within the agriculture, production, or manufacturing industry
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
* Familiarity with stock control systems (Pulse experience desirable but not essential)
* Good communication skills to liaise with drivers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
* A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
