About the Role
Reporting to the Food Safety & Regulatory Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance through daily testing, audits, and technical support activities. You will work closely with internal teams including Production, Commercial, and Applications to support business operations and maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct daily quality control (QC) testing of manufactured products
* Manage and support product shelf-life testing and extensions
* Perform GMP checks and internal audits across the site
* Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment
* Assist with the Australia Food Safety Programme as required
* Prepare and dispatch client samples in line with commercial requests
* Maintain the Production Collection in collaboration with Product Managers
* Provide support to the Applications Team on technical tasks
About You
* Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field (preferred)
* Previous experience in a quality, laboratory, or technical role (desirable)
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
* Familiarity with laboratory techniques and testing procedures
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
