The Role This role is for a Change, Training, and Communications Leader within a Workforce Management (WFM) implementation project, specifically focusing on change management, training, and communication efforts for the organisation. The position is a 12-month fixed-term role, with a possibility of extension, based primarily at Essendon Fields, with occasional work at Melbourne Central. Your Profile A strong profile for this role would include extensive experience in WFM implementation, expertise in change management, training, and communication strategies, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive successful adoption across diverse teams. The candidate would demonstrate a strong understanding of stakeholder engagement, project management methodologies, and process improvement, with certifications in change management and project management. Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills, along with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels, are key.
