To support a rapidly expanding business, we are seeking an enthusiastic Software Engineer with demonstrated experience in designing, building and verifying embedded software associated with signal processing and embedded systems.
This position is based in Fyshwick, Canberra.
Advanced Design Technology may consider supporting relocation within Australia for the right candidate.

The Person
To be successful in this role, the candidate will have a combination of the following skills:
Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or a related discipline).
Individuals nearing the completion of their studies will also be considered.
A logical approach to problem solving.
An inquiring mind and a commitment to continued learning.
Proficient in an Object Oriented (OO) language, preferably C++, knowledge of others such as Rust.
An understanding of OO design methodologies and practices with an emphasis on Agile techniques.
Understanding of real-time embedded software engineering techniques and technology as well as interfacing with FPGAs.
Familiar with source code control systems such as Github and their usage.
Willing and able to understand and adopt new technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
