Job Title: Group Reservation Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Group Reservation Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to build and maintain effective business relationships with key clients and travel agents.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years' experience in a Customer Service environment, preferably within accommodation or travel. They must possess excellent customer service skills and phone manner, with the ability to establish strong rapport with clients verbally.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all group reservations within our systems, producing and distributing rooming lists and confirmations as required, and maintaining regular communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
