We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our General Medicine FATES project.
This project aims to map and describe RACP GACM accredited training sites throughout Australia, as well as describe the medical workforce that fills Advanced Physician Training (APT) roles throughout Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the project to ensure all deliverables are met within the required timeframe.
* Map and describe RACP GACM accredited training sites and positions throughout Australia.
* Describe the medical workforce that fills APT roles throughout Australia.
* Lead consultation and renewal of GACM APT accreditation standards.
* Collaborate with national and local projects to improve end-to-end training in Regional Rural and Remote locations for specialist General Physicians.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience working within similar scope and responsibilities.
* High-level project management skills.
* Proven experience developing and implementing communications strategies.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Demonstrated administrative, organisational, and multi-tasking skills.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with health service providers and/or knowledge of the healthcare environment in Australia.
