Seeking a Hunter to join our Wide Bay team, based out of Hervey Bay. Focused mainly on generating new business, with some existing accounts to manage.

About the Role
Based on growth, a new Business Development Manager position has been created. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will identify and secure new business opportunities across the Wide Bay region. This is a new business development role (not account management), so you will be regularly traveling to actively prospect, build relationships and present tailored solutions to clients.

* Preparing and presenting solution-based proposals, quotes, and tender responses.
What You'll Bring
* A strong track record in solution selling and winning new business.
* Confidence to research, identify and qualify new customers.
* The ability to build trust, influence decisions and foster long-term relationships.
* Resilience and drive to succeed.
* Industry experience in painting, facilities maintenance, construction, or building (preferred but not essential).
* CRM proficiency and a disciplined approach to pipeline management.
