We are seeking a dynamic Forensic Accountant to join our Melbourne team.
The ideal candidate will be adept at conducting forensic analysis and investigations and most importantly, be resourceful, and hungry to learn.
You can think outside the box to provide intelligent solutions for your stakeholders, and you enjoy immersing yourself in the detailed analysis to understand complex data.
Whilst insurance experience will be highly regarded, it is not essential.
About You
You will be collaborative, articulate and great at building rapport, and have impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written.

Investigate and assess financial risks and lossesProvide support & advice to policyholders with respect to their lossesService current clients, build relationships and undertake marketing activities to grow client baseSet loss reservesPrepare reports by collecting and summarising information required by client, local, state and federal government and by Crawford & Company in line with Service Level AgreementsControl claim costsGather evidence and assist in preparation of expert witness reports for use in legal proceedingsMaintain company reputation and insurance product integrity by complying with federal and state regulations and corporate quality standardsMaintain professional and technical knowledge through continuing educationConduct business development by calling on local businesses to solicit new business or maintain existing businessMeet Crawford and client compliance requirementsCrawford is committed to being an inclusive workplace that employs and retains the best and most diverse talent.
