Marketing and Events Manager
This role is key to developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital platforms, events, and brand campaigns.
* Digital Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement strategies across web, email, and social media to effectively promote our brand and initiatives.
* Content Management: Manage content calendars to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
* Copywriting: Lead copywriting for websites, reports, blogs, newsletters, and stakeholder communications.
* Brand Consistency: Oversee brand consistency across all channels and collateral.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to communicate key initiatives and success stories.
Content Creation
* Multimedia Content: Produce engaging multimedia content (e.g., videos, graphics, reels) to showcase programs and impact.
* External Partnerships: Source and brief external designers, photographers, and videographers as needed.
* Content Performance: Monitor content performance and adjust campaigns for maximum engagement.
Events Management
* Event Planning: Lead planning and execution of events, including cultural festivals, training intensives, and leadership retreats.
* Logistics and Coordination: Liaise with venues, suppliers, partners, and internal teams to deliver smooth event experiences.
* Event Reporting: Manage event marketing and post-event reporting.
