**Your new role**
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join a number of renowned Banks and other Financial Service organisations across Brisbane City, South Bank and Bowen Hills.

- Providing information about our products and services
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensuring company targets are met and actioned within set time frames
- Database management - maintaining accurate customer information
- Adopt continuous learning and improvement processes in all aspects of the position
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure, independently and part of a team
- Have solid problem-solving skills and be able to conduct research investigate issues
- Professional presentation
- Recent referees
- Be willing to complete a background check and any relevant testing
