Strategic Account Manager Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value mining customers and delivering smart solutions, excellent support, and measurable results.

* You will own and drive strategic account plans that align with fleet lifecycles, production targets, and service strategies.
* You will stay up-to-date with CRM updates, tracking every customer touchpoint, from machine statistic to part usage.
* You will identify gaps, close loops, and keep performance on target.
* You will uncover new sales opportunities across parts, service, and digital tech.
* You will work closely with our technical teams to ensure the reliability of machines and satisfaction of customers.
* You will be the point of contact for site-level operations, maintenance, and procurement teams.
* You will conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, machine health, and expectations.
* You will provide regular updates to leadership on monthly performance.

What We Are Looking For

* You should have a strong understanding of mining pressures, equipment lifecycles, and the value of uptime.
* You should possess strong sales and problem-solving abilities.
* You should be a structured thinker with a plan for every site, contract, and opportunity.
* Tertiary or trade qualification in sales, service, engineering, or supply chain is preferred.
* Previous experience in mining, industrial, or heavy equipment sectors is highly valued.
