Key Responsibilities Include:
* Provide administrative support to the company HR Lead and team across multiple offices.
* Assist in implementing human resources policies and programs.
* Support life cycle operations, including onboarding, probationary period reviews, performance appraisal, remuneration review, and offboarding.
* Manage accurate employment data and HR activities.
* Maintain employee records and documentation.
* Assist with payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
* Assist with reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage employee inquiries and issues.
About You:
* A proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting people and process.
* Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline and proven experience as a HR Administrator.
* Demonstrated competency in HR administration processes and HRIS management.
* Highly developed administrative skills and computer literacy, including extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
