You
You'll be a lawyer with front-end construction law experience and your background will ideally include a mix of law firm experience together with either secondments or in-house experience.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships will also be paramount, as you will be expected to integrate seamlessly into your new role and interact effectively with stakeholders all levels of the business.
