The Swan Yacht Club, 2021 Club of the Year, We're on the hunt for a solid, experienced Chef de Partie to join our crew full-time at the Swan Yacht Club.
If you've got 3–4+ years of proven CDP experience, know your way around all sections, and don't crack under pressure — we want to hear from you.
Please note:
This isn't a stepping-stone or training role. It's for serious chefs who are confident, reliable, and ready to bring value from day one.
If you're still building experience, newly qualified, or haven't run a proper section — unfortunately, we won't be moving forward with your application at this time.

What we're looking for:
Minimum 3–4 years in a CDP role – non-negotiable
Confident across all sections: grill, pans, larder — and can hold your own when it gets busy
Solid experience with functions and events
Available for the occasional Monday/Tuesday for events
Reliable, no ego, no drama — just good energy and a team-first mindset
Ideally has own transport and flexible with early starts when needed
